I have known Monica since 1991 when I met her while working for Dr. Benton Chun. Immediately when I first met Monica,  I recognized her gift of discernment.  Our paths have met again, and I’m elated that she is pursuing her calling as a gifted energy healer.   Monica has a sparkling bubbly personality!  I really love the fact that she is a local girl so willing to share her talents and gifts with the world.

My Hawaiian heritage & culture focuses on the simple phrase “Ola Mai Iloko Mai” or health comes from within.  Monica truly understands this perspective and she promotes positive energy in her work with animals and humans alike.

What I am learning from Monica (guidance I received):

*Identify energy imbalance in the Chakra  (Crown, Third Eye, Throat, Heart, Solar Plexus, Sacral, Root) and existing belief systems & perceptions within our mind, body & spirit

*Identify energy/soul strengths that may be presently concealed.

* Provide guidance on how I can maintain & cleanse Chakra, improve daily diet to promote optimal health of the mind, body & soul.

* Promote Harmony (within oneself and in our world)

The truth is sometimes hard to hear! And it is one thing to KNOW what to do and yet another to DO what you know!  So I’m being patient with my personal journey towards optimal health.
